Spider awards 2005

Just thought I'd stick this up,

Won first place on this years spider awards for photojournalism.

Amatuer category unfortunately (Idon't earn a living from photography just yet)

But an "outstanding achievement in photojournalism" looks pretty grand on the CV.

The winning photo is on the front page of my site [link] if anyone wants to have a look, I've still got to caption everything on there, I'm so lazy.

The stick up the winning stuff in January I think [link], whole heap of them piss all over me god knows how I won

Anyways hope everyone's keepin fine. I still look about here every now and then, theres some really good stuff, just got to watch for the vultures :spotlight-right:

Yeah I know a lot of people on this site just comment on people's work and pages just to get them to view their own work. :no: I just love artwork!! There was one thing I learned from all my art classes in college was that you have to constantly be searching for new art...seeing what's ou there and how it makes you feel. That's the key to really becoming a great artist. And you're welcome. :hug:

I also adore the work I've seen from you...I haven't seen many journalistic photographers quite up to par as you are. In fact I've only seen one other journalistic photographer to really grab my attention like you have don. You capture some interesting and beautiful things, I'll be watching. :heart:
